- RSSC SPORTS Affiliate Program Term of Condition Agreement (via Awin)
Welcome to the RSSC SPORTS Affiliate Program! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
1. Program Agreement
Participation in the RSSC SPORTS Affiliate Program is subject to the terms set out in this agreement, along with the Awin Network Policies.
We may update or amend these terms at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting within Awin or via written notice. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the latest version to remain compliant.
2. Prohibited Activities
To maintain the integrity of our brand, affiliates must not engage in any of the following:
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising practices of any kind.
Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or spam to promote RSSC SPORTS products.
Unauthorized use of coupon codes, or engaging in coupon abuse (e.g., posting expired or unapproved codes).
Misrepresenting our brand, products, or promotions in any way.
Engaging in illegal or unethical marketing tactics, including but not limited to click fraud, cookie stuffing, or trademark bidding without explicit written approval from RSSC SPORTS.
3. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates must represent RSSC SPORTS professionally and in a manner consistent with our brand identity. This includes:
Using only official logos, banners, product images, and descriptions provided by RSSC SPORTS.
Not altering or distorting any brand assets without written permission.
Ensuring all promotions align with our brand tone, values, and positioning.
4. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to:
Data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Advertising regulations and truth-in-marketing laws.
FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate relationships.
5. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned on verified sales generated through your unique affiliate links.
Your commission rate and payment terms are outlined in your Awin affiliate dashboard.
RSSC SPORTS reserves the right to adjust commission rates or program terms, with reasonable notice provided via Awin.
6. Termination Policy
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the program at our discretion for any of the following reasons:
Violation of this agreement or Awin policies.
Activities that could harm RSSC SPORTS’ reputation or business interests.
Failure to comply with applicable laws or brand guidelines.
In cases of termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if they were earned in violation of these terms.
By participating in the RSSC SPORTS Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
