However, to maintain a fun, fair, and successful program, we have established certain rules to ensure quality and respect for all parties involved.
Ethical Practices: All affiliates must commit to ethical marketing practices. This includes, but is not limited to, avoiding deceptive advertising, spamming, or any other activity that could tarnish the Beer Darts brand or reputation including but not limited to participants being injured while playing.
Adherence to Laws: Affiliates must ensure that their promotional activities align with the laws and regulations of their respective jurisdictions. Any affiliate found to be violating these will be removed from the program immediately.
Use of Trademarks: While we encourage you to promote our product passionately, please note that the Beer Darts logo, name, and branding assets are all registered trademarks and must be used properly. Any misuse or unauthorized alterations of these materials are strictly prohibited.
PPC Advertising: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on "Beer Darts" as a keyword in Pay-Per-Click advertising on platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing Ads, etc. However, using our name in the ad text for the purpose of direct-linking is allowed.
Disclosure: All affiliates must clearly state their relationship with Beer Darts in all promotional materials and endorsements as per the FTC guidelines on affiliate marketing.
Responsibility: Affiliates are responsible for maintaining all the information related to their affiliate account and ensuring the accuracy of their payment details.
Commission Structure: Affiliates will be paid on a per-sale basis. Any attempt to fake sales, use of bots, or other dishonest practices will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
Rights of Modification: We reserve the right to add, delete, or modify any of these terms at any point, with or without notice.
