The following keywords are permissible to bid on trademark terms:“Retro Stage coupon(s),” “Retro Stage promo code(s),” “Retro Stage voucher,” “Retro Stage promotion code(s),” “Retro Stage voucher code.”However, the landing page must be a specific coupon page, the home page, and any other pages but not to use the retro-stage.com display URL.

c. Claim damages for any losses incurred as a result of the Affiliate's breach.
d. Publicly disclose the breach, in a manner consistent with professional and legal standards, to inform stakeholders and the general public about the Affiliate's actions.
