This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions pertaining to your participation as an advertiser in the AWIN Affiliate Program.
1. Enrollment in the Program
You can begin the enrollment process by submitting a completed Program Application via our website. Your application will undergo evaluation and you will receive a notification about acceptance or rejection. AWIN reserves the right to reject applications based on suitability or any other reasons deemed appropriate.
2. Publisher Obligations
2.1. As an Publisher, you bear responsibility for all your marketing activities, which include but are not limited to, ad content, design, and placement. Your marketing activities should comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and must respect the intellectual property, privacy, and other rights of third parties.
2.2. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your business and promotional strategies.
3. AWIN Rights and Obligations
3.1. AWIN will regularly monitor your marketing activities to ensure compliance with this Agreement via AWIN. If we find any breaches, we may suspend your participation or terminate this Agreement.
3.2. We will track the sales generated through affiliates using our advanced tracking systems and provide comprehensive reports summarizing this sales activity.
4. Commissions
4.1. A flat commission of 10% on all sales generated through the affiliates will be provided. Commissions will be calculated based on the information in the sales reports and will be paid as per the payment terms agreed. After the first 3 months your profile shall be assessed and you may be eligible for increased commission.
5. Termination
Both parties can terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
6. Modification
We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion however publishers.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between us and supersedes all prior agreements and communications of the parties, oral or written.
