Affiliate Program – Terms of Agreement
This Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your participation in our Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Introduction
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions of participation in the Affiliate Program. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms, which are essential to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the program.
2. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates shall not engage in, nor knowingly allow others to engage in, the following activities:
Spamming: The sending of unsolicited emails, messages, or any other form of unwanted communication.
Promotion of Illegal, Harmful, or Offensive Content: The promotion or distribution of any content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive in nature.
Misrepresentation or Misleading Advertising: All promotional materials must be accurate and truthful. Any misrepresentation or misleading advertising regarding products, services, or affiliations is prohibited.
Trademark Infringement or Unauthorized Use of Intellectual Property: Affiliates must respect all trademark and intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property or that of any third party is strictly prohibited.
Violation of Applicable Laws, Regulations, or Ethical Standards: All activities under this Agreement must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Violations of these principles are grounds for immediate termination from the program.
3. Compliance with Terms
Affiliates are solely responsible for ensuring that all marketing practices comply with the terms of this Agreement. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of participation in the program and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions or compensation.
4. Amendments
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of such amendments.
5. Termination
Failure to adhere to any provision of this Agreement may result in immediate termination of your affiliate status. Any pending commissions will be forfeited, and you will be removed from the program. We reserve the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at our discretion, without notice.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Acceptance
By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
