Affiliate Marketing Compliance Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is made between FBF Body ("FBF") and the Affiliate, who desires to participate in FBF's affiliate marketing program ("Program").
1. Prohibited Activities
The Affiliate agrees to not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
a) Pay-per-click bidding on search engines and other advertising platforms, where the Affiliate pays for each click on their advertisement leading to FBFBody.com;
b) Creating, publishing, distributing or promoting any marketing material that contains false, misleading or deceptive statements or claims about FBF, its products or services;
c) Promotion of FBF products or services on websites or platforms that contain or promote materials or content which is illegal, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive;
d) Any other activities that may be deemed harmful or detrimental to FBF, its reputation, or its customers.
2. Commission Eligibility
The Affiliate is eligible to earn commission for sales generated through the unique referral link provided by FBF. The commission rate is set at a percentage of the total sale amount, as determined by FBF at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Payments
FBF will pay the Affiliate commission for each sale generated through the unique referral link provided by FBF. Commission payments will be made at regular intervals, as set by FBF. The Affiliate must have a valid PayPal account to receive commission payments.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Affiliate shall immediately cease all marketing activities related to FBF and remove all promotional materials from their website or platform.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, USA.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The Affiliate acknowledges that any violation of this Agreement may result in the termination of their participation in the Program and forfeiture of any commission earned.
