Affiliate understands and agrees that they are not employees of Made by Mama LLC.
PPC:
Made by Mama disallows any and all brand bidding on behalf of Made by Mama (trademarks, company name, domain names – and any misspellings). This is inclusive of TM+ bidding. If a particular affiliate partner is interested in bidding on our brand, they must reach out and gain expressed approved from the Made by Mama team.
Coupon/ Discount Code Use:
Affiliates are not permitted to offer coupons on behalf of Made by Mama that are not directly associated with their own promotion. I.e., one affiliate may not offer a discount code assigned to another affiliate. Made by Mama discount codes may not be included on any coupon code websites.
