1. Brutus must have brown coloring on both cheeks
2. ”Brutus” must not be separated with the rest of the name, and stay adjacent to “Bone Broth” to avoid confusion with other brands
3. All coloring and stylistic choices must remain the same
Incorrect uses of the logo includes the following:
1. Separation of the “Brutus” from “Bone Broth” which can induce confusion with other Brutus Brands
2. Uniformly colored cheeks that has no brown coloring or no discolored patch in the black & white version
3. Use of the outdated Brutus Logo, with the old stylistic design
Unauthorized use of each of these trademarks constitutes trademark infringement
