By participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
PPC Compliance (Pay Per Click):
- Yadea does not allow PPC (Pay Per Click) bidding
Coupon Compliance
- Affiliates may only use authorized coupons and deals provided by Merchant for promotional purposes.
- Affiliates shall not promote expired or unauthorized coupons.
- Affiliates shall not misrepresent or provide false information regarding coupons or deals.
Sales Tax & Government Regulation:
- Affiliates shall comply with all applicable sales tax laws and regulations.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to their promotional activities.
Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate intellectual property rights or infringe upon any third-party rights.
- Affiliates shall not engage in spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or any other form of unethical or intrusive marketing practices.
- Affiliates shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent practices in their promotional activities.
