PPC Compliance
We kindly request that Affiliates refrain from bidding on Blueberry Pet brand keywords or any variations thereof in your PPC advertising campaigns. This policy is in place to maintain brand integrity and ensure fair competition among affiliates.
Brand Name Usage
• The Affiliate/Agency agrees to use the Company's brand name, including trademarks, logos, and any associated keywords, solely for the promotion of the Company's products/services and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• The Affiliate/Agency acknowledges that the Company's brand name is valuable intellectual property and agrees not to engage in any activities that could dilute, misrepresent, or harm the Company's brand reputation.
• The Affiliate/Agency shall not engage in any black-hat SEO techniques, including but not limited to keyword stuffing, hidden text, or any other tactics that may negatively impact the Company's website ranking or reputation.
Coupon Usage Guidelines
• Authorized Coupons: Affiliate may only promote and distribute coupons that are explicitly authorized and provided by Blueberry Pet. Unauthorized coupons, including those obtained from third-party sources or created without Blueberry Pet's consent, are strictly prohibited.
• Coupon Validity: Affiliate shall ensure that the coupons they promote are valid and active during the specified period. Expired or inactive coupons should not be promoted to avoid misleading customers.
• Accurate Coupon Information: Affiliate shall accurately represent the terms, conditions, and limitations of the coupons they promote. Misleading or false information regarding discounts, expiration dates, or product eligibility is strictly prohibited.
