By participating in the itherau Affiliate Referral program, applicants acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility: Once approved, affiliates are immediately eligible to participate in the itherau Affiliate Referral program. However, ongoing participation is subject to periodic review by itherau and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
2. Brand Restrictions: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from registering the brand name "itherau" or any variations of it on any social media platform.
3. PPC Commissions: Commissions will not be paid for any paid search activity on brand terms without prior authorization from itherau. Affiliates must obtain explicit permission before conducting any pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns using brand-related keywords.
4. Exclusive Discount Codes: ihterau encourages affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives. Affiliates may only promote codes provided through the itherau affiliate program, either directly from our account or an official primary contact.
5. Restriction on PPC Bidding: itherau strictly prohibits any PPC bidding on the company name "itherau" or any recognizable misspelling of the name. Additionally, affiliates are not allowed to conduct PPC bidding or use paid keyword terms related to any of our vendors.
Please note that violation of these terms may result in immediate termination from the itherau Affiliate Referral program. itherau reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
