The Dirt Oral Care Affiliate Agreement Additional Clauses1. Commission Structure and Cookie Duration1.1 Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on qualified sales. 1.2 The affiliate tracking cookie will have a duration of 90 days from the initial click. 1.3 Commissions will be attributed to the referring affiliate if a sale is completed within 90 days of the initial affiliate link click. 1.4 After 90 days, any subsequent purchases will not be eligible for affiliate commission. 1.5 Commission rates are subject to change at any time2. Coupon and Promotional Code Restrictions2.1 Affiliates are strictly prohibited from creating or using fake, fraudulent, or unauthorized coupon codes. 2.2 Any coupons or promotional codes must be officially provided by The Dirt Oral Care. 2.3 Affiliates must only promote current, valid promotional codes provided through the affiliate program. 2.4 Generating or distributing unauthorized discount codes that impact sales tracking or commissions is grounds for immediate termination of the affiliate agreement. 2.5 Affiliates must update or remove expired promotional codes promptly.3. Fraud Prevention and Void Sales3.1 Fraudulent sales will not be compensated and may result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement. 3.2 Void sales include, but are not limited to:- Sales generated through fraudulent means- Self-purchases or purchases by affiliate's immediate family members- Purchases made using stolen payment information- Purchases that are subsequently refunded, charged back, or canceled- Sales generated through incentivized or forced traffic- Sales generated through cookie stuffing or injection- Sales from prohibited territories or jurisdictions3.3 The Dirt Oral Care reserves the right to investigate and nullify any suspicious sales transactions. 3.4 Multiple void sales may result in program termination and commission forfeiture.4. Traffic and Marketing Restrictions4.1 The following are strictly prohibited:- Search marketing on brand terms- Paid search marketing using brand terms- Trademark plus bidding for terms including: * The Dirt * The Dirt Oral Care * givemethedirt.com * Any variations, misspellings, alternate spellings, or phrases containing these terms4.2 Additional prohibited marketing methods:- Spam or unsolicited email marketing- Adult or inappropriate content- Misleading or deceptive marketing practices- Marketing on sites promoting violence or discrimination- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks5. Content and Brand Guidelines5.1 Affiliates must:- Use only approved product descriptions and claims- Maintain accurate pricing information- Use current product images provided by The Dirt- Clearly disclose affiliate relationships as required by law- Follow FTC guidelines for endorsements and testimonials6. Compliance and Enforcement6.1 Violation of any of these terms may result in:- Immediate termination of the affiliate agreement- Forfeiture of pending commissions- Potential legal action for damages6.2 The Dirt Oral Care reserves the right to:- Monitor affiliate marketing activities- Request changes to affiliate marketing materials7. Commission Payments7.1 Commissions are paid when:- Account balance reaches payment threshold- Account is in good standing- No outstanding compliance issues exist7.2 Payment schedule and methods are as specified in the ShareASale platform terms.8. AcknowledgmentBy participating in The Dirt Oral Care Affiliate Program, the affiliate agrees to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
