Huel Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
- The Huel affiliate program is a US program, available by invite only.
- As an affiliate, by applying to join the Huel affiliate program, you are agreeing to adhere to the following terms and conditions. Any breach of our terms and conditions may result in exclusion from the Huel affiliate program and reversal of commissions where deemed appropriate at our discretion.

Branding Restrictions
- You must follow Huel’s brand guidelines at all times. Please reach out to the Huel account management team for Huel's latest copy.
- Affiliates must at all times be responsible in their promotion of the Huel brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as "spamming" or misrepresenting or bringing disrepute to our company, trading name(s), brand name(s) or the company trading name(s), brand name(s) or our suppliers.
Paid Search Policy
- Affiliates are required to refrain from registering, appearing or bidding on our pure brand terms, combined brand and generic terms or misspellings, unless PPC rights have been agreed for a set period of time. If/when agreed, a list containing the allowed keywords and match types will be provided. The use of other keywords and/or match types is a breach of program policy.
- Use of the (URL) domain and variations is strictly forbidden within the copy of any form of PPC advertising including the display URL. The trading name "Huel'' or any formulation of this brand name may not be used in the display URL’s or in any text ad.
Domain Restrictions
- Affiliates are not permitted to register URLs with Huel’s trademarked terms or any misspellings or reformulations contained in their domain.
- Any affiliate seen to be purchasing such domain names will be immediately and permanently removed from the program and any commissions due will be reversed. We reserve all rights to reclaim any such domain names that are registered by an affiliate back from the registrant. However, brand terms may be contained within the subdomain, e.g.:
- Affiliates may not put the Huel website into frames or use masked URLs.
Commissions & payments
- A commission rate will be offered by Huel to you by email. Huel offers commission payouts on food, protein, greens, and beverage related products only. Huel does not publish commission rates as these may vary by publisher. Commission rates will vary depending on whether the customer is a ‘new’ or ‘existing’ customer. Huel reserves the right to change commission rates weekly - please check with your Huel account manager for the applicable rates to you.
- Huel reserves the right to change the commission rates by providing you with 7 days notice by email; any subsequent purchase made after the 7 days' notice will be paid for on the revised commission rate.
- You will be paid the agreed commission on the successful order of a Huel(s) product. An order will be deemed successful once validated by Huel (within 60 days). Payment will be made on validation by Huel based on last click purchase only. Commission will be paid exclusive of VAT and delivery fee. Cookies will be tracked for 30 days.
Cancelled Orders and Commission Validations
- Any cancelled or non-collected orders will be invalidated within a 4-5 week period and will result in non-payment of commission.
- If you have any queries regarding the status of a commission, please contact the Huel account management team .
Creatives
- Affiliates may not alter any creatives available through the Awin interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through Awin may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.
Email Marketing
- Affiliates are permitted to send solo emails to their databases. Huel branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. For more information or guidance please contact us.
Social Media
- Affiliates may feature Huel on social media platforms – branding restrictions and guidelines must be adhered to. However, the Huel brand should not be used in any way to register accounts on social media or via any other channel. Affiliates must bear in mind all times that in order to comply with the spirit of our brand guidelines, they must never speak ‘as’ or ‘for’ the brand, they may only speak ‘about’ or ‘promote’ the brand or our products.
Personal Data
- All personally identifiable information or customer specific information provided to us by customers is the sole and exclusive property of Huel, and you shall neither have access to such information nor use any device, technique or software to obtain such information from our site.
Software Applications
- Affiliate Toolbars - Affiliates may not feature Huel on toolbars without written permission from Huel or the Huel account management team specifically authorize this promotional method. Acceptance as a member of the Huel program does not automatically authorize toolbar traffic.
