1. Overview

Charlotte Mills Ltd operates a premium bridal footwear and occasionwear brand. Our affiliate programme is designed to reward partners who drive qualified sales through their unique tracking links. Participation in the programme is subject to the following terms and conditions.

2. Commission Structure

We operate a tiered commission model based on the total transaction value of each qualifying order:

Bridal Boutiques (In-Store Scheme):

Commission Rate: 15% of the total transaction value

Eligibility: Must be a registered bridal boutique partner, verified by Charlotte Mills. Commission applies to sales referred via tracked Awin links and redeemed by customers in-store or via boutique-specific promotions.

Online Press & Publications:

Commission Rate: 4% of the total transaction value

Eligibility: Open to registered media outlets, blogs, and online publications with approved Awin accounts.

3. Payment Terms

Commission is calculated on the total transaction value, including VAT and shipping, but excluding any orders that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.

Payments will be made via Awin’s standard payment schedule after the return/cancellation period has expired (typically 30 days).

Any fraudulent, cancelled, or refunded orders will not generate commission.

4. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates must only promote approved Charlotte Mills marketing materials provided via the Awin platform or with prior written consent from our marketing team.

No bidding on the brand name “Charlotte Mills” or close variants in paid search campaigns without express permission.

Discount codes must be approved by Charlotte Mills and distributed only through authorised channels.

Bridal boutiques must ensure all offline promotions are linked back to their unique Awin tracking method to validate commission.

5. Tracking & Validation

All sales must be tracked via the unique Awin affiliate link to qualify for commission.

In-store boutique transactions must be recorded via agreed tracking methods (e.g., unique URLs, QR codes, or voucher codes linked to the affiliate ID).

Charlotte Mills reserves the right to audit and verify sales data to ensure accuracy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that:

Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices

Violate intellectual property rights

Breach these terms and conditions

7. Amendments

Charlotte Mills may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via Awin or direct email of significant changes, with continued participation deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
