[Example Advertiser] will pay you 6% on all full price sales generated through its affiliate program for new customers, 4% on existing customers, and 3% commission on sale items. Also [Example Advertiser] will pay £3 for leads generated from new customers and £1 from existing customers.
There is a 30-day cookie length on the [Example Advertiser] programme.
Voucher Codes
Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the [Example Advertiser] affiliate programme (either by AWIN or [Example Advertiser] ).
[Example Advertiser] reserves the right to withhold payment of commission if affiliates promote an unauthorised voucher code. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.
Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe the IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.
Affiliate PPC Guidelines
[Example Advertiser] operates a strict policy on Paid Search activity including, but not limited to, search engines, advertising networks and social media placements. We do not allow paid search activity of any kind without the consent of [Example Advertiser] . Consistent breach of this may result in commissions being declined and potentially being suspended from the programme.
Keywords
In order to avoid any keyword matching issues, affiliates must add the following keywords as negative broad match to any and all Paid Search activity:

Launches
There will be select high profile launches that [Example Advertiser] will not pay any commission on. These will be communicated by Awin through the news manager within 24 hours of the product releasing. Please ensure you are subscribed to receive these emails. No launch products should be communicated by affiliates unless communicated by Awin or [Example Advertiser]. Any products promoted before the agreed launch time will result in decline of the sale.
[Example Advertiser] have the right to cancel any commissions from sales they believe have breached these terms.
We do not allow affiliates to scrape the site for product. All affiliates must use the feeds provided as a means of accessing product.
