Welcome to the One Stop Parking Affiliate Program.

Please review these terms carefully — they’re designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and successful partnership for both One Stop Parking and our affiliates. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions at all times.

We appreciate your interest in working with us and look forward to building a lasting partnership.

“One Stop Parking”, “we”, “us”, “our” – refers to One Stop Parking Inc.

“Affiliate”, “you”, “your” – refers to the individual or entity participating in the program.

“Program” – the One Stop Parking Affiliate Program hosted on the Awin platform.

“Our Website” – all onestopparking.com properties, including subdomains, microsites, and our blog.

“Your Website” – any digital property (site, blog, social media, email, or app) where you promote One Stop Parking.

All applications are reviewed within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).

We reserve the right to approve or decline applications at our sole discretion.

Common reasons for rejection include:

Sites containing offensive, adult, or misleading content.

Non-compliance with Awin policies.

Sites without relevant travel or consumer content.

If you believe your application was rejected in error, you may contact affiliates@onestopparking.com with supporting information.

Affiliates must use only the approved creatives, links, and tracking codes provided through Awin.

Links may not be altered, cloaked, or redirected in a way that masks referral origins.

All domains where links are used must be listed in your Awin profile.

Framing, iframes, or any attempt to replicate the look and feel of onestopparking.com is strictly prohibited.

Artificial traffic generation, cookie stuffing, or misleading click-tracking techniques (pop-unders, auto-redirects, robots, etc.) are not permitted.

Violations may result in commission reversal and immediate program removal.

To protect our brand integrity:

Affiliates may not bid on our trademarked terms or variations thereof on any search network (Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.).

Trademarked terms include:

onestopparking.com, One Stop Parking, www.onestopparking.com, and variations/misspellings.

Affiliates may not use our trademark in ad copy, titles, or display URLs.

You must exclude our trademarks as negative keywords in all campaigns.

Any violation results in forfeiture of commissions for a minimum of 30 days and potential removal from the program.

If you operate a coupon or cashback website:

Only use coupon codes issued via Awin.

Expired, fabricated, or scraped codes are not allowed.

Coupons from newsletters, customer emails, or social media campaigns may not be republished.

All clicks must link directly to onestopparking.com (no framing or intermediaries).

Cookie-stuffing, “show all deals” buttons that trigger tracking without user intent, or fake “copy code” triggers are strictly prohibited

We reserve the right to reverse commissions and suspend any account found violating these terms.

You may not register domains or subdomains containing our trademarks or confusingly similar variants.

You may not create or host social media pages that impersonate or suggest official affiliation with One Stop Parking.

Use of our logo or brand assets requires written approval.

If you promote via email, you must:

Obtain prior written approval for any campaign mentioning One Stop Parking.

Comply with CAN-SPAM (U.S.), CASL (Canada), GDPR, and PECR regulations.

Clearly identify yourself as the sender — never imply the email is from One Stop Parking.

Include an unsubscribe link and honor all opt-outs.

We must be copied on all live campaigns for compliance monitoring.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our services.

Content should accurately represent our offering (airport parking, seaport parking, travel ancillaries).

You may not present speculative “discounts” or “secret offers” that do not exist.

Use of AI-generated content is permitted only if reviewed by you for factual accuracy and brand compliance.

Affiliates may also promote approved ancillary offers (e.g., lounges, eSIMs, park-stay-fly packages, vehicle protection, etc.) when made available in your Awin dashboard.

Each ancillary product will have its own commission rate and attribution rules.

Do not deep-link or scrape ancillaries from outside the provided tracking feed.

Affiliates may not issue press releases, public announcements, or paid advertising that references One Stop Parking without prior written consent.

You may, however, reference our brand in editorial content, product listings, and travel reviews as part of normal affiliate activity.

We reserve the right to terminate participation at any time for:

Policy violations.

Fraudulent activity.

Repeated customer complaints.

Inactivity exceeding 90 days.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be withheld pending investigation.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
