Welcome to the Canary Affiliate Program on Awin! By joining, you agree to the following rules:
1. Commission & Payouts
Affiliates earn [negotiated and approved commission as applicable per partner] on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, discounts, returns).
Commissions are tracked and paid via Awin according to their standard schedule.
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent will not qualify.
2. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may only promote using approved banners, images, and copy provided in Awin.
No false, misleading, or exaggerated claims.
FTC-compliant disclosure is required (e.g., “I may earn a commission from this link”).
3. Paid Search (PPC)
No bidding on “Canary,” “Canary Clean,” or any misspellings/trademarked terms.
No direct linking from search ads to Canary’s website.
4. Coupons & Deals
Only valid offers provided in Awin may be promoted.
No posting of expired or unauthorized coupons.
5. Prohibited Practices
No spam, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent activity.
No use of Canary’s brand name in domain names, social handles, or ads without approval.
No self-purchases for commission.
6. Termination
Canary reserves the right to remove any affiliate at any time for non-compliance.
Upon termination, affiliates must stop promoting Canary and remove all creatives.
