Affiliates shall promptly update their contact and payment information to ensure accurate communication and commission payments.
Commissions and Payments: 4.1. Commissions will be earned on qualifying sales generated through the Affiliate's referral link or tracking code, as determined by us. 4.2. Commissions will be paid based on the agreed-upon commission structure and payment schedule. 4.3. Commissions will only be paid for completed and verified sales. Refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will not qualify for commissions. 4.4. We reserve the right to adjust or withhold commissions in the event of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of these terms and conditions.
Termination: 5.1. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. 5.2. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately cease promoting our products/services and remove all affiliate links and marketing materials.
Modifications: 6.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 6.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the affiliate program or terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability: 7.1. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program or these terms and conditions. 7.2. Affiliates participate in the program at their own risk and are solely responsible for their actions and the outcomes thereof.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
