Plan Agreement serves as the governing document for our affiliate program. It establishes the legal framework and guidelines for participation. In order to maintain a fair and ethical program, we have established certain restrictions and provisions that all affiliates must adhere to. These include but are not limited to:
1. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, cookie stuffing, trademark infringement, and misleading advertising.
2. Compliance with Laws: All affiliates must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to privacy, data protection, and consumer rights.
3. Content Guidelines: Affiliates are expected to promote our products and brand in a responsible manner. Content should be accurate, truthful, and not violate any intellectual property rights or copyrights.
4. Prohibited Traffic Sources: Affiliates are not allowed to generate traffic through illegal or inappropriate means, such as adult content websites, malware distribution, or spam emails.
5. Non-Compliant Practices: Any affiliate found engaging in non-compliant practices may be subject to immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

By participating in our affiliate program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Plan Agreement and ShareASale's Terms of Use.
