AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By applying to and joining the Businessmobiles.com affiliate programme or accessing an affiliate link from a third party or other partner within the Businessmobiles.com affiliate programme, you agree to the following rules, regulations, and terms and conditions.
Trademarks and Related Intellectual Properties
IPs & Trademarks Covered:
We do not allow the use of our trademarks, URLs, misspellings, extensions or any variation within the goal of optimizing for them.
Affiliates are not permitted to use the brand name (including misspells and variations) as a sub domain or sub folder or as any part of affiliate site URLs without explicit written permission.
This extends to our partner networks O2, Vodafone, Three, EE, and their associated IPs, brand, and trademarks. These conditions include misspellings, abbreviations and hybrids as below:

‘businessmobiles’, ‘businessmobiles.com’ ‘EE’, ‘Three’, ‘Vodafone’, ‘O2’, and other such names, images, media and materials as might reasonably be confused or associated with any of the above.
Usage Prohibitions:
i) Partners may only use the authorised branding assets supplied under Documents.
ii) Use of BusinessMobiles.com branding is authorised for use solely on the URLs submitted for approval.
iii) Use of unauthorised assets or violating any of the following terms will result in a partner investigation (See F - Enforcement of Terms).
Below are guidelines to follow:
1. PPC and Media Buys
i) You may NOT bid or use any of our trademarks, names, extensions or variations as keywords for any PPC network, content network or media buy.
ii) If we can verify sales were not driven using our trademarks or unauthorised channels, your commissions will be restored. This will be at the sole discretion of the affiliate manager.
iii) Add "Business Mobiles" and "BusinessMobiles", and all search queries specified under “documents > organic_keywords” to your negative keywords list.
2. Social Media
i) You may not use the BusinessMobiles.com name or any variation of our branding as hashtags pretending to be us, represent us or be endorsed or sponsored by us.
ii) You may not create any account using our name or post any messages, include our materials or links to any BusinessMobiles.com account or profile.
iii) You also agree to not tag, call out or link to our social profiles without prior written agreement from the Affiliate Manager.
3. Toolbars, Downloadable Software and Adware
i) We do not work with toolbar affiliates or allow any affiliates to & promote our offers in toolbars, Adware, or other pop-ups, whether they affect the user site journey or not, without written permission from BusinessMobiles.com.
ii) This includes but is not limited to PPV, coupon ware, reminder ware, loyalty ware, contextual ads, interruptive ads, shopping windows, browser helper objects, browser extensions, CPV advertising.
Use of Exclusive Codes
BusinessMobiles.com encourages affiliates to contact us for exclusive voucher/discount codes and additional incentives.
BusinessMobiles.com reserves the right to decline commission related to voucher abuse:
- Expired codes – You cannot post any deal or discount code that is expired and all codes on your site must be current, active and approved.
- Non-affiliate codes – you cannot use any code, discount or deal that is not provided inside the affiliate network.
- Non-existent codes or deals – You cannot post that there is a deal or discount available if we are not offering one through our affiliate programme.
- Posting codes to properties you do not own – You cannot post codes, coupons or deals to websites and web properties you do not own.
- You can however post to your own social media accounts, as long as you follow our trademark, social media, advertising disclosure and branding guidelines.
- Affiliates are only permitted to promote codes issued specifically to them; you must NOT use codes intended as exclusives for other affiliates or influencers. Please note if you promote another affiliate/marketing channel's exclusive code, any sales that involve that code will be declined and potentially reversed from your account. This is to create a fair affiliate environment.
Acting against these terms without written approval or permission will result in an investigation and potential expulsion from the programme without warning.
Account Activity, Notice Periods, and Transaction Queries
Affiliate Activity:
A lack of activity within 3 months of signing up may result in removal from the programme until you reapply with a live site. To avoid disqualification from the programme, please only apply if you are ready to start promoting BusinessMobiles.com.
We’re happy to negotiate our commission structure based on any extra exposure or for high-performance partners. Please get in touch with us to discuss any projects or opportunities you may have.
Important notice - the affiliate programme is for online sales only; We do not wish for our affiliates to interact with customers by telephone or any other means other than ‘online’.
All orders should be placed by the customers and never ‘on behalf’ of a customer. Door-to-door & Telesales activity of any type is not permitted through this channel.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects and/or forced clicks on a website page or open our website within an html frame. If any of this activity or similar is discovered, the affiliate will be subject to investigation.
Notice Period:
We will supply Affiliates with 14-days notice before changing our Terms & Conditions, or if any product listing will be "out of stock".
The affiliate programme also retains the right to serve notice to partners within 14 days for any reason.
Transaction Queries:
Transaction queries must be received within 6 months of the initial order date for us to be able to process them through our system. Unfortunately, any transaction queries submitted after this period will be automatically rejected.
Enforcement Of Terms
Suspected misuse of the programme or violating ANY of these terms will result in a formal investigation on behalf of BusinessMobiles.com.
We retain the right to suspend any partner who is deemed to be acting against any programme T&Cs with immediate effect. During this period, we may withhold payment and set commission to 0%.
Breaking these terms can result in a temporary or permanent suspension from the programme without payment.
In some cases, your Affiliate Manager will attempt to make contact beforehand.
Definitions
'BusinessMobiles.com' refers to the business entity BusinessMobiles.com Ltd, headquartered at Unit 319, International House, 1110 Great West Rd, Brentford TW8 0GP, UK.
'Us', 'We' refers to BusinessMobiles.com Ltd, its directors, affiliate program, officers, or designated representatives.
'The affiliate', ‘partners', 'You' refers to the affiliate company, its directors, officers and/or designated representatives.
‘PPC’ refers to ‘Pay Per Click’, a form of online advertising campaign.
‘Negative Keyword’ refers to any specified search query prevented from showing on ads or search results.
'Adware' refers to any form of software that automatically displays or downloads advertising material (often unwanted) when a user is online.
‘IP’ refers to Intellectual Property like logos, colour schemes, and other related branding.
