Thank you for your interest in Outsmarted’s affiliate program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Application and Approval: To become an affiliate partner, you must apply and be approved by Outsmarted. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.
Commission Rates: You will earn an agreed commission of the net sales amount for each sale made through your unique affiliate link. Commission rates may be adjusted from time to time at the discretion of Outsmarted.
Promoting Our Brand: As an affiliate partner, you are responsible for promoting Outsmarted in a positive and professional manner. You may not use any unethical or illegal tactics to promote our brand, including but not limited to spamming, keyword stuffing, or using misleading advertising.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Outsmarted’s brand name or trademarked terms in pay-per-click advertising campaigns.
Compliance with Laws: As an affiliate partner, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to the ASA guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
Termination: Outsmarted reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time for any reason. If you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, your participation in the program may be terminated immediately.
Modification of Agreement: Outsmarted reserves the right to modify these affiliate terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. By continuing to participate in the program after any such changes, you are agreeing to be bound by the revised terms.
Liability: Outsmarted is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in our affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
