Promotion Channels:
Banned: Spam (emails/comments), adult/pirated content sites.
Approved: Instagram, YouTube, blogs (must disclose #ad/#sponsored).
4. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must:

Descriptions must match Eayonhair’s specs (e.g., "100% human hair").
Disclosures:
Clear FTC-compliant labels (e.g., "Earnings disclaimer: As an Eayonhair affiliate, I earn commissions").
5. Compensation & Payments
Commission Structure:
Standard: 6% per sale (excludes returns, taxes).
Cookie Window: 7 days (last-click attribution).
Payment:
Monthly via Awin (min. $50 threshold).
Deductions: Returns/chargebacks reduce future payouts.
6. Compliance & Audits
Legal Responsibility: Affiliate bears costs for non-compliance (e.g., FTC fines).
Review Rights: Eayonhair may audit affiliate channels for violations.
7. Termination
Eayonhair may terminate accounts for:
Fraud (e.g., fake clicks, self-referrals).
Brand misrepresentation (e.g., altering product colors in ads).
Notice: 7-day cure period for minor breaches.
