In effect from June 5, 2025:This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between Diaspora Tea & Herb Company LLC dba RISHI Tea & Botanicals (“RISHI”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”) utilizing the Awin service ("the Service"). You must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement in order to participate. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering and using the Service as an Affiliate. By signing up, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. Affiliates violating the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement will be rejected from the program.The following agreement is summarized as follows:1.Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed2.Any page containing our links, banners, or codes must be written in English3.PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.4.Affiliates MUST NOT register/buy or use domains that users may believe are part of RISHI Tea & Botanicals, and Affiliates may not create websites that may impersonate the RISHI Tea & Botanicals website. Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited i.e. rishi.website.com or www.rishi-tea-coupons.com5.Affiliates need to get prior approval from RISHI Tea & Botanicals, if they wish to send out any emails about the program.6.Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means RISHI’s identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.7.Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other cookie stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user's browser.8.NOT ALLOWED: Any promotion of coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.9.NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of creative in a "Desktop" advertising scheme. This includes any and all 3rd party advertising platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.10.NOT ALLOWED: Any display of a merchant window that isn't the result of a direct click by the end-user. 11.Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions12.Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS. Coupon Code PolicyOn request, selected affiliates will be provided with an official RISHI coupon code to promote on the Internet. This code is given by RISHI occasionally and must be requested through Awin.Forbidden: It is not allowed to promote non-existing voucher codes in the name of RISHI. Neither it is not allowed to promote any other existing RISHI code that was not provided officially through the Service and by RISHI.Penalization: Infringing this policy will be penalized by elimination of the program and non-payment of commissions.Scraping PolicyAffiliates are not allowed to run massive queries on our API, crawl or "page-scrape." They are also not allowed to use any robot, index, spider, click spam, macro programs, Internet agent, or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology which does the same things, to use, access, copy, acquire information, input information, store information, or monitor any portion of RISHI.Email Marketing PolicyAny type of email and communications from affiliates needs first to be submitted to and approved by RISHI through Awin. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of RISHI Tea & Botanicals.PPC (Pay Per Click) PolicyPublishers are not allowed to do any form of advertising as the RISHI brand.Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to rishi-tea.com directly. If an affiliate is found running PPC activity, this may result in them being removed from the program. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules.a. Using the Rishi brand term in the sub folder of the display URL – NOT ALLOWEDb. Using the Rishi brand term in the sub domain of the display URL – NOT ALLOWEDc. Using the Rishi brand in the ad title – NOT ALLOWEDd. Bid on the brand term “Rishi” or “Rishi Tea” – NOT ALLOWEDe. Advertise as the brand – NOT ALLOWEDf. Show advertisements on competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWEDYou shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. Affilliates are not permitted to bid on the rishi-tea.com brand name, use any misspelt or variation of the brand, including all references to RISHI sites/URLs or at any time be seen bidding against RISHI’s own Search Engine Marketing activity. SEO Policy1. The use of the word “Rishi,” Rishi Tea” or misspellings is not allowed in the following parts of the landing page:- Domain Name / URL of the page / Page title.- Meta description / , ,
