Affiliates must follow the below rules when referencing SeneGence®, LipSense®, ShadowSense®, MakeSense®, and all other SeneGence trademarks and products:
- Authorized Use of Brand Assets
- Affiliates may only use SeneGence brand names, logos, and product images provided through the AWIN platform or with express written approval from SeneGence.
- Assets may not be altered, distorted, or combined with other logos, graphics, or text.
- Prohibited Uses
- Do not create your own logos or imagery that resemble or could be confused with official SeneGence branding.
- Do not register domains, social media handles, or advertising accounts that include “SeneGence,” “LipSense,” or other SeneGence trademarks or misspellings thereof.
- Do not imply you are SeneGence corporate or an “official” store; all references must clearly identify you as an independent affiliate publisher.
- Advertising & SEM Restrictions
- Brand terms (e.g., “SeneGence,” “LipSense,” “ShadowSense,” etc.) may not be used in paid search ad copy, display URLs, or as keywords without prior written approval.
- No bidding on SeneGence brand terms, variations, or misspellings in Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any search engines.
- Distributor Channel Protection
- No commissions are payable on sales from existing SeneGence Independent Distributors, employees, or customers already in the SeneGence system. These are compensated directly within the SeneGence distributor network.
- Content & Messaging
- Affiliates must accurately represent SeneGence products and claims. No false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claims.
- All affiliate posts and content must comply with FTC Endorsement Guidelines, including clear disclosures (“Ad:” or “Disclosure: Paid partnership with SeneGence”).
- Termination
- Violations of these branding guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the Program and reversal of commissions.
