Affiliate Agreement - Coupon Usage and Promotion Restrictions
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the restrictions and guidelines regarding coupon usage and promotions for affiliates of Jacaranda Living. Please carefully read and adhere to the following terms:
1. Coupon Usage Restrictions:
a. Affiliates are permitted to use coupons for promotional purposes, provided they are obtained directly from Jacaranda Living or authorized affiliate platforms.
b. Affiliates must not use any coupons that offer discounts exceeding 10% off the regular price of our products.
c. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using or promoting the coupon code "BIRTHDAY30".
2. Coupon Promotion Restrictions:
a. Affiliates should only promote coupons that offer a maximum discount of 10% off the regular price of our products.
b. Affiliates must not promote or share any coupons that provide discounts greater than 10% off.
3. Compliance and Consequences:
a. Failure to comply with the coupon usage and promotion restrictions outlined in this Agreement may result in the termination of your affiliate partnership with Jacaranda Living.
b. Jacaranda Living reserves the right to withhold or reverse any commissions earned through the unauthorized use of coupons or promotion of prohibited discounts.

b. It is essential to seek approval from Jacaranda Living before implementing any coupon-related promotions to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
