Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join our program. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our kaempathogenics.com affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. Thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to working with you.
This Affiliate Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between KA! Genics Corp. (“KA! Empathogenics”), and you as an Affiliate (“Affiliate”).
DEFINITIONS
As used in the below Terms: (i) “KA! Empathogenics” "kaempathogenics.com" "We", "us", or "our" refers to KA! Genics Corp. (ii) "You" or "your" refers to the Affiliate (iii) "Our Website" refers to the kaempathogenics.com properties located at https://www.kaempathogenics.com/(iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to our Website; "Program" refers to the kaempathogenics.com Affiliate Program.
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your Website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. We reserve the right to reject any application. Please include all websites that you use in your profile as that will help us make a better decision.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you. You agree that you will only use linking codes obtained from us without manipulation. Adult, Hate, or other related sites are not allowed.
You hereby agree that your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your Website is our Website or any part of our Website including, without limitation, framing of our Website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, pop-unders, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring url information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the Program. Any display of a merchant window that isn't the result of a direct click by the end-user is not allowed.
If you are creating product links, please be sure to take these from the creatives that we provide. Links taken from other sources may result in commissions being declined as they are identified as coming from a different channel. You CANNOT take content directly from kaempathogenics.com, which is not present on the affiliate platform.
Affiliates need to get prior approval from KA! Empathogenics, if they wish to send out any emails about the Program. You may place banners or links within your newsletters, in content of your website, or within other web related content.
Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your collaboration with a complete forfeit of commissions. Fraud is a serious offense, and will be treated as such. Fraud is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or click-throughs using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS
PPC AND SEARCH ACTIVITY
PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine. Affilliates are not permitted to bid on the kaempathogenics.com brand name, use any misspelt or variation of the brand, including all references to KA! Empathogenics sites/URLs or at any time be seen bidding against KA! Empathogenics’ own Search Engine Marketing activity.
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to kaempathogenics.com directly. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.
Affiliates generating traffic to their own sites must also abide by the following rules.
a. Buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may misslead users to believe that such site is our brand website – NOT ALLOWED
b. Using the KA or KA Empathogenics brand term in the sub folder of the display URL (eg www.website.com/kaempathogenics, or www.website.com/KA ) – NOT ALLOWED
c. Using the KA! Empathogenics brand term in the sub domain of the display URL (eg www.ka.website.com, www.kaempathogenics.website.com) – NOT ALLOWED
d. Bid on the brand term “KA! Empathogenics” or “KA Empathogenics” – NOT ALLOWED
e. Advertise as the brand- NOT ALLOWED
f. Show advertising on competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWED
DISCOUNT CODE / VOUCHER CODE WEBSITES
We are not accepting discount code/voucher code affiliates currently.
EMAIL MARKETING
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
1. Abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations of 2003 (Regulations 22 and 23) with respect to our Program.
2. E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of kaempathogenics.com
3. E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent or we must be sent a copy of the e-mail.
CREATIVE
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the Program interface.
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You are not allowed to do any form of advertising as the KA! Empathogenics brand. You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:

Affiliates are not allowed to supplant by any means our identity in social media. Affiliate must be easily identified by users in any promotion in social media.
Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by us. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
EMAIL CONTACT
We reserve the right to send e-mail to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Program.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Program at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Program.
