AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS (updated 30th of July 2025)
By applying to and joining the usgreencardoffice.com affiliate program or accessing an affiliate link from a third party or other partner within the usgreencardoffice.com affiliate program, you agree to the following rules, regulations, and terms and conditions.
This Agreement contains the terms and conditions that apply to a participant in the US Green Card Office Ltd. affiliate program (the Program). As used in this agreement, "We, Our, Us" means US Green Card Office Ltd., and "You, Your" means the affiliate/applicant, and "Site" refers to a World Wide Website.
To begin the enrollment process, you will submit a complete Affiliate Application form. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection, usually within 24 hours. (You can re-apply at any time.) We may reject your application if we determine, at our sole discretion, that your site is unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable sites include, for example, sites that:
promote sexually explicit materials
promote violence
promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
promote illegal activities or violate intellectual property rights
or from applicants whom we prefer not to be associated with
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable right to use our present banners and other such images for which we grant express permission, for the purpose of identifying your site as a program participant and linking to our site. You may not modify the banners or any of our images in any way without our express permission.
We reserve all of our rights to our trade names and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights.
Use of Trademarks
We do not allow the use of our trademarks, URLs, misspellings, extensions, or any variation with the goal of optimizing for them. Below are guidelines to follow:
PPC and Media Buys
You may NOT bid or use any of our trademarks, names, extensions, or variations as keywords for any PPC network, content network, or media buy. Please also add "US Green Card Office" to your negative keywords list.
We may ask for screenshots if we see your ads showing our trademarks or brands, and you agree to provide them within 2 business days. During this time frame, your commissions may be set to zero and some or all may be reversed regardless of origin. If we can verify sales were not driven using our trademarks, your commissions will be restored. This will be at the sole discretion of the affiliate manager.
Social Media
You may not use the usgreencardoffice.com name or any variation of our brands as hashtags pretending to be us, represent us, or be endorsed or sponsored by usgreencardoffice.com. You may not create any account using our name or post any messages, include our materials, or link to any usgreencardoffice.com account or profile. You also agree not to tag, call out, or link to our social profiles without prior written agreement from the Affiliate Manager.
Coupon and Loyalty Sites
If you run a deals, coupon, or loyalty site, please read the following closely. If we find any of the following, and you do not have written approval or permission from the affiliate manager, we may reverse all commissions both current and previous, and you may be removed from the program without warning.
We do not allow the following:
Expired codes – You cannot post any deal or discount code that is expired. All codes on your site must be current, active, and approved.
Non-affiliate codes – You cannot use any code, discount, or deal that is not provided inside the affiliate network.
Non-existent codes or deals – You cannot post that there is a deal or discount available if we are not offering one through our affiliate program.
Posting codes to properties you do not own – You cannot post codes, coupons, or deals to websites and web properties you do not own. You can, however, post to your own social media accounts, as long as you follow our trademark, social media, advertising disclosure, and branding guidelines.
You must NOT use codes intended as exclusives for other affiliates or influencers. Any sales of exclusive coupons/codes will be reversed from your account.
Toolbars, Downloadable Software, and Adware
We do not allow Adware of any kind in the program WITHOUT PERMISSION. Adware by our definition is anything that can interrupt the shopping process, traffic, disrupt the end-user experience, or be used to display an ad. This includes, but is not limited to, PPV, coupon ware, reminder ware, loyalty ware, contextual ads, interruptive ads, shopping windows, browser helper objects, browser extensions, CPV advertising.
SPAM (Unsolicited Email)
We will not tolerate the sending of unsolicited bulk emails which promote, or make reference to US GREEN CARD OFFICE or any of its associated companies, partners, or employees. Other prohibited forms of advertising include postings to non-commercial newsgroups and cross-posting to multiple newsgroups at once. In addition, affiliates may not advertise in any way that effectively conceals or misrepresents their identity, domain name, or return email address.
An email or SMS campaign may only be sent to a recipient who has asked to receive information about immigration to the United States.
Please get email and SMS campaigns approved by us before sending to avoid breaching your affiliate agreement with us.
Any affiliate who, in our opinion, breaches this ruling will have their affiliate account cancelled immediately, and all outstanding commissions WILL BE FORFEITED.

UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
US Green Card Office Ltd. and its associated companies operate with the strictest codes of professional conduct. Any affiliate who brings US Green Card Office Ltd. or its associates into disrepute, or who promotes any form of slander, racism, or unfair business practices, will have their affiliate account cancelled and any outstanding commissions WILL be forfeited.
Any affiliate using misleading marketing methods will have their account terminated immediately.
Affiliates are not allowed to advertise this service as a guaranteed service.
If you are in any doubt about your advertising material, please contact our affiliate support before you start your campaign so we can approve your advertising material.
We reserve the right to reject any affiliate application if, in our opinion, that person or company violates established laws or commonly held standards of decency.
An affiliate who ignores warnings to cease and desist any activities we deem negligent, inappropriate, or harmful to US Green Card Office Ltd. and/or other affiliates will be terminated.
ORDER PROCESSING
We will be solely responsible for processing every order for our products. Customers will use our secure online ordering process. Order forms, payment processing, cancellations, and related customer service are our responsibility.
All of our rules, operating procedures, and policies regarding customer orders and accounts will apply to orders we receive through special links on your site. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures, and policies.
Every customer who buys a service through this program is deemed to be a customer of ours. You do not have the authority to make or accept any offer on our behalf. All our policies regarding customer orders, including product availability, pricing, and problem resolution, will apply to these customers.
We are not responsible for any representations made by you which contradict our policies.
TRACKING OF SALES
We will be solely responsible for tracking sales we make to customers who follow links from your website using our affiliate software.
Statements of your sales activity will be available to you in "real-time" within the affiliate account that is assigned to you, accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You may access these stats via a password and username that was assigned to you.
LINKS
We will provide you with a unique identifying URL for you to link to. Each sale or referral generated from this URL will be attributed to you. You will have access to your own private section to check your stats in real-time. Your links to the unique URL can be text links or banner links, or a combination of the two, at your sole discretion. If you choose banner links, you must use our banners. We will provide you with a URL of all our banners, from which you can freely choose. You may add as many links as you like to US Green Card Office, or remove such links, at any time and without prior approval from us.
We will provide you with instructions on how to properly format the links. You are responsible for ensuring the links are formatted correctly. This will ensure accurate tracking of sales for credit to your account. Every effort will be made to ensure that our site is functional and available for customers referred to our site through your affiliate link.
We have NO responsibilities regarding your site. US Green Card Office Ltd. shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program. In addition, US Green Card Office's aggregate liability arising under or with respect to this agreement or the program shall in no event exceed total referral fees paid or payable to the affiliate under this agreement.
COMMISSION AND PAYMENT
We will pay you a commission on our four application plans. Our additional insurance products, such as “Free Airline Tickets” and “Free Transport,” are not commissionable.
The last 30 days of commissions before we issue a payment may not be included in your commission as all transactions need to be verified for refunds and chargebacks.
Commissions are PENDING until applicants have uploaded their photo(s) and passport information so their application can be submitted.
We might change the status from PENDING to APPROVED if the applicant has indicated that his/her photos are being sent to us for manual photo scanning.
If an applicant does not upload a photo within 30 days, the status might be changed to DECLINED or REFUNDED as the applicant has the right to be refunded since the service has not been provided.
Any refunds to a customer referred through your affiliate link will be deducted from your credited affiliate commission to cover our cost of the refund.
Chargebacks, if any, will be deducted from your credited affiliate commission to cover our cost of the chargeback. If the chargeback ratio on your account is above 1%, your account will be put on observation. If the chargeback ratio on your account is above 3%, your affiliate account will be suspended for further investigation. The best way to avoid chargebacks is always to be honest and straightforward in your marketing campaigns.
TERM OF THE AGREEMENT
The term of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate program application and your placement of our banner or textual link on your site and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or we may terminate this agreement at any time by giving the other party written notice of termination. This will be in the form of an email. You can only earn referral fees on sales occurring during the term. We will never withhold any payment due. Payment of monies owed to you will be payable on the same schedule as stated above for commission payment. Upon termination of this agreement, the former Affiliate must remove all Affiliate links and graphics from its website, and refrain from publishing the same in any manner whatsoever.
TOS CHANGES
It is your responsibility to check our TOS as we will update them on occasion, and we may not provide the dates when they will change or the details about the changes.
