Trademark Keywords Rule
Trademark Keywords (TM+): Publishers are not permitted to bid on The GARVEE brand-related keywords via platforms such as Google, Bing, Yahoo! and MSN.
More details:
- You must not give the impression that you are, or represent, The GARVEE, through phrases such as 'Official Site'.
- You must not bid on select trademarks and brand names designated by GARVEE, including but not limited to: "GARVEE", "garvee.com".
- You must not outbid The GARVEE for top placement on select trademarks and trade names designated by GARVEE.
- You must ensure all copy for search and keyword purposes is appropriate, 100% accurate, and free of false or misleading claims.
Anti-Fraud Policy
- If any TM/TM+ violation or malicious fraud is found, commissions generated will not be paid.
- Any attempt to hijack traffic from other ad channels (in any form) will be taken seriously, and cooperation will be ceased directly.
Notice: Violations will result in cancellation without further notice.
