Readly will not pay for customers who opt out of/cancel the discounted or free or any other trial period within the first 24 hours.
Due to publisher restrictions, please:
Do not mention Disney or show any content from Disney magazines (Marvel Specials, Disney Frozen, Star Wars Graphic Novels, Disney Pixar, etc.)
Do not show any covers or inside pages of Hearst magazines (Men's Health, Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, Elle, etc.)
Do not show any of the inside pages of Conde Nast magazines (Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, etc), Grazia, or Meredith magazines (All Recipes, Better Homes & Gardens, People, etc.)
Please contact the Readly affiliate team at Affiliates@readly.com for required approvals. Not doing so may lead to the termination of your affiliate membership to the program.
SEM and sponsored links restrictions
You are prohibited from bidding in search engines on our brand and trademark terms, including misspellings and hyphenations. It is also forbidden to drive traffic directly to the advertiser's site through sponsored links, regardless of the keywords used.
Discount codes restrictions
It is not allowed to use discount codes from e-mails, newspapers or other offers that the Advertiser sends directly to its customers. Commissions generated with such discount codes will not be paid out. It is therefore only permitted to use discount codes that the advertiser communicates directly via Awin or that are publicly available on the advertiser's website.
Advertising blog & social media
If any part of the post contains Awin links, this should be flagged at the beginning of the post. For example: ""This post contains advertising links"" or ""This post is an advertisement for {Advertiser x} and contains advertising links"".
If this is not clearly flagged, the cooperation must unfortunately be terminated.
Awin follows the recommendations of the ICC Marketing Code on advertising and marketing communications practice. You can read more about the code here.
Email and SMS
All email and SMS sending must be pre-approved by Awin to verify that the content is correct and the correct links have been used. It is forbidden to use the advertiser's name as the sender. All emails and SMS must include instructions and a link to unsubscribe.
