1. Publishers are prohibited from using brand bidding for Kisslove/Kisslove hair. These prohibited paid terms include, but are not limited to, Kisslove, Kisslovehair.com, or www.Kisslovehair.com. This also includes any Kisslove Hair coupons, Kisslove Hair coupon codes, Kisslove Hair promotional codes, and all discount-related brand terms containing Kisslove Hair. Variations or misspellings are also prohibited.
2. If we discover any TM infringement during your promotional activities; the use of any advertising methods that do not lead to the Kisslove website, such as wholesale and dropshipping; any TM/TM+ infringements, or malicious fraud, we will cancel the corresponding commission payments. Furthermore, we will demand compensation for any serious consequences or losses caused by violations.
3. Publishers are prohibited from using pop-up ads, click-through ads, or adult ads to divert traffic.
