Affiliate Terms of Agreement
This Affiliate Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rights and obligations between Comme Si (“Merchant,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operating at https://www.commesi.com, and the approved affiliate partner (“Affiliate,” “you,” “your”). By applying to or participating in the Comme Si Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Comme Si reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate application or participation at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to websites or promotional methods containing unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content.
1. PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on or using any Comme Si trademarked terms, including but not limited to:
“Comme Si”
Any misspellings or variations of the Comme Si brand name
Trademark (“TM”) terms
TM + keyword combinations
TM + coupon or discount terms
This restriction applies across all paid search platforms and advertising networks.
2. Search Engine Linking
Affiliates may not link directly to https://www.commesi.com through paid search engine advertisements. Direct linking from search engines to the Comme Si website by affiliates is prohibited.
3. Coupon & Promotion Policy
Affiliates are permitted to promote authorized coupon codes only.
Fake, misleading, expired, or unauthorized coupon codes are strictly prohibited.
If an affiliate is found promoting unauthorized or fake coupon codes, Comme Si will issue one written warning via email.
Failure to comply after notification may result in immediate removal from the affiliate program and forfeiture of commissions.
4. Affiliate Links & Creative Use
As an approved Affiliate, you may use officially provided graphic and text links (“Affiliate Links”) made available through the affiliate platform.
Affiliate Links may be displayed on your approved websites and approved promotional channels in accordance with this Agreement.
These links identify you as a participant in the Comme Si Affiliate Program and track referral activity.
5. Brand & Domain Restrictions
Affiliates may not create or operate websites, domains, social profiles, or content that is confusingly similar to https://www.commesi.com.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Copying the look, feel, or branding of the Comme Si website
Using the Comme Si name or brand variations in domain names, subdomains, or handles
Determination of similarity is at Comme Si’s sole discretion.
6. Site Ownership & Placement
Affiliate Links, banners, or tracking URLs may only be placed on websites, blogs, forums, or social channels that are owned and directly controlled by the Affiliate.
Placement on third-party properties without ownership or control is prohibited without prior written approval from Comme Si.
7. Tracking, Cookies & Email
Affiliate tracking cookies may be set only when:
A user clicks an affiliate link from your owned website or approved opt-in email newsletter, and
The click directs the user straight to https://www.commesi.com
Email spam, unsolicited messaging, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or deceptive tracking methods are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
8. Social Media Promotion
Affiliates are permitted to promote Comme Si via their owned social media channels, provided all promotions:
Are accurate and non-misleading
Comply with this Agreement
Follow applicable advertising and disclosure laws (including FTC disclosure requirements)
9. Unauthorized Codes & Networks
Affiliates may not promote coupon codes or offers sourced outside the approved affiliate network.
Unauthorized or user-generated codes will not earn commission.
Continued violations may result in partnership deactivation and commission reversal.
10. Commissions
Commissions are paid only on valid, tracked, and approved transactions.
Orders that are canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or generated in violation of this Agreement are not commissionable.
11. Notice Period
Either party may terminate this Agreement with seven (7) days’ written notice.
Comme Si reserves the right to immediately terminate the Agreement without notice in cases of fraud, policy violations, or misuse of brand assets.
12. Modification of Terms
Comme Si reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
