By joining the Sabal Swim Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Commissions are earned at a standard rate of 10% on all valid sales generated through your unique Awin referral link. These commissions are paid out monthly through the Awin platform, provided you have reached the minimum payout threshold. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates and payout thresholds at any time, with advance notice to our affiliates.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your affiliate account: any form of spam or unsolicited email; promotion of our brand on any website containing illegal or adult content; and promotion of our brand through any paid search campaigns, including the use of trademarked terms or brand names in any domain names, URLs, or social media handles. Furthermore, the promotion of our brand on any coupon or deal sites is strictly prohibited.
The Sabal Swim Affiliate Program is designed to promote our specialized swimwear for women with small busts. We reserve the right to limit or restrict the promotion of certain products or product lines at our discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions owed to you. By joining our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Program Agreement as well as the Awin Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time, with advance notice to our affiliates.
