Rachel Entwistle Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
As an authorized affiliate of Rachel Entwistle, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. Please read carefully before registering and promoting Rachel Entwistle as an Affiliate.
- Commission is paid on the order total excluding VAT and shipping costs.
- Bidding on our brand terms (or any sentence including our brand terms e.g. “Rachel Entwistle voucher codes") in PPC will result in suspension.
- Affiliates may only present to their customers codes or discounts specifically provided to the affiliate channel. Use of unauthorised codes will result in commissions being cancelled and potential removal from the program.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring content is kept up to date and the information shown is correct.
- Affiliates must not frame or copy the Rachel Entwistle website.
- Affiliates are not permitted to register domain names that include variations of Rachel Entwistle.
- Rachel Entwistle Jewellery reserve the right to request that content be removed with 24 hours should these terms not be adhered to.
- Affiliates are not permitted to pose as Rachel Entwistle on any social media. Affiliates are permitted to advertise Rachel Entwistle on their own social media pages.
- If an affiliate is found to promote any of the following content they will be suspended immediately - Adult, explicit, offensive, abusive, violent, misleading, obscene, racist, discriminative, extremist, illegal or relating to gambling, bad debt or tobacco products.
- Please note – this programme operates with a 7 day closure notice period
