TP TOYS — AFFILIATE PROGRAMME TERMS & CONDITIONS Robovision Ltd t/a TP Toys | tptoys.com | Effective from 4th May 2026

COMMISSION STRUCTURE

We operate a two-tier commission structure. The higher rate is available to affiliates who have been issued an exclusive voucher code and use it to drive sales.

  • 7% commission is paid on transactions where your exclusive TP Toys voucher code is used at checkout. The code gives the customer 10% off full-price items and is valid within the 7-day attribution window.
  • 2% commission applies to all other sales where no voucher code has been used.
  • Voucher codes are valid on full-price items only. They cannot be applied to products that are already on sale or discounted.
  • Commissions are not payable on orders that are cancelled or returned.

ATTRIBUTION WINDOW

  • The attribution window is 7 days from the customer's initial click.

VOUCHER CODES & PROMOTIONS

  • Only voucher codes issued by the TP Toys affiliate manager via Awin may be published - either codes approved for general publisher use or codes allocated specifically to you.
  • Do not publish voucher codes from any other source.
  • Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any voucher or discount code.
  • All promotions must be displayed with start and end dates and promotion conditions written in full.

PPC & PAID MEDIA

  • Affiliate publishers are not permitted to promote TP Toys via PPC (pay-per-click) advertising.

BRAND & TRADEMARK USAGE

  • When linking to TP Toys, please use tptoys.com only.
  • The following are registered trademarks of Robovision Ltd and may not be used within a domain name owned by an affiliate, in whole, in part, or in any close variation: Rapide, Explorer, QuadPod, Spiro Hop, TP Early Fun, Bouncycle, Bubble Bouncer, SpiroBouncer, TP Genius, SurroundSafe.

These terms form part of your agreement as a publisher on the TP Toys affiliate programme via Awin. By continuing to promote tptoys.com you confirm acceptance of the above terms. Robovision Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice issued via the Awin network.
