By joining the Mission.com Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Program Enrollment and Acceptance: To enroll in the Mission.com Affiliate Program, you must submit a completed application through ShareASale. We reserve the right to reject any application that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand values. We also reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time, for any reason.
Commissions: Affiliates earn a commission based on a percentage of the total sale amount for orders placed by customers referred to Mission.com through the affiliate's unique link. The commission rate is subject to change at any time at the discretion of Mission.com.
Payment: Commissions will be paid through ShareASale. Commissions will only be paid for orders that have been shipped and paid for in full. Commissions for cancelled or refunded orders will be reversed.
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Promoting Mission.com through deceptive or misleading tactics
Using spam or unsolicited emails to promote Mission.com
Bidding on trademarked terms or brand names related to Mission.com
Using any form of paid advertising that directs traffic to Mission.com without prior written consent from Mission.com
Brand Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to Mission.com's brand guidelines, which includes but is not limited to:
Using only approved marketing materials provided by Mission.com
Not altering or modifying any Mission.com images or logos
Not using any language that is offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with Mission.com's values and mission
Confidentiality: Affiliates must keep all information related to Mission.com's affiliate program confidential, including but not limited to commission rates, sales volume, and customer information.
Term and Termination: This agreement is effective upon acceptance of your application to join the Mission.com Affiliate Program and may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause.
By joining the Mission.com Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined in this program agreement. You also agree to be bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use.
