PPC Advertising Restrictions: Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising is not permitted.
Intellectual Property Right: Yumbox is trademark and patent protected. Affiliates are not allowed to promote or endorse any counterfeit, imitation, or knock-off products that resemble Yumbox products. Affiliates must always promote authentic Yumbox products.
Content and Branding: Affiliates must maintain a professional and positive representation of the Yumbox brand. Affiliates are only permitted to use official Yumbox logos and trademarks in reference to Yumbox products.
Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the promotion and sale of Yumbox products. This includes, but is not limited to, consumer protection laws, advertising regulations, and data protection policies.
Email Marketing: Affiliates must adhere to the CAN-SPAM Act and any other applicable email marketing laws and regulations. Unsolicited email promotions, spamming, or misleading subject lines are strictly prohibited.
Coupon Sites and Promotional Codes: Affiliates may only use coupon codes and promotions provided by Yumbox through the affiliate program. Unauthorized use of coupon codes, expired promotions, or falsely advertising discounts is not permitted.
Modification: Yumbox may modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
