PROGRAM AGREEMENT FOR AFFILIATE MARKETING
This Program Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Blue Bus fine tools llc (the "Brand"), and the affiliate ("Affiliate") for participation in the Brand's affiliate marketing program (the "Program").
DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Affiliate" means an individual or entity that promotes the Brand's products and services through the Affiliate's website or other online channels in exchange for commissions.
1.2 "Commission" means the fee paid to the Affiliate by the Brand for successful sales made through the Affiliate's unique tracking link.
1.3 "Tracking Link" means a unique URL assigned to the Affiliate by the Brand, which is used to track the Affiliate's sales and commission.
1.4 "Sales" means the purchases made by customers who have clicked on the Affiliate's tracking link and made a purchase on the Brand's website.
PARTICIPATION
2.1 The Affiliate must apply to participate in the Program through the Brand's affiliate marketing platform.
2.2 The Brand reserves the right to approve or reject any application for participation in the Program for any reason at its sole discretion.
2.3 The Affiliate must have an active website or other online channels that are relevant to the Brand's products and services.
2.4 The Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the Program.
COMMISSIONS
3.1 The Brand will pay the Affiliate a commission for each sale made through the Affiliate's unique tracking link.
3.2 The commission rate will be set by the Brand and may be changed at any time at its sole discretion.
3.3 The Brand will pay the Affiliate on a monthly basis for all commissions earned during the previous month.
3.4 The Brand reserves the right to withhold payment if it suspects fraudulent activity, or if the Affiliate is found to be in breach of this Agreement.
TERM AND TERMINATION
4.1 This Agreement will begin on the date of acceptance by the Affiliate and will continue until terminated by either party.
4.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause by providing written notice to the other party.
4.3 Upon termination of this Agreement, the Affiliate must remove all links and references to the Brand from its website or other online channels.
CONFIDENTIALITY
5.1 The Affiliate agrees to keep all confidential information related to the Program and the Brand, including but not limited to tracking links and commission rates, confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Brand.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 The Brand grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Brand's trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting the Brand's products and services in connection with the Program.
6.2 The Affiliate agrees not to use the Brand's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in any way that may harm the Brand's reputation or goodwill.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1 The Brand will not be liable to the Affiliate for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, even if the Brand has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7.2 The Brand's total liability to the Affiliate for any and all claims related to the Program will not exceed the total commission paid to the Affiliate during the three months immediately preceding the claim.
GENERAL
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating

8.3 the affiliate must be compliance with all product regulations
