These Links are exclusively provided for display purposes on your website or blog. You are not permitted to modify, alter, or tamper with these Links without the prior written consent of the Company. Any attempt to buy or sell traffic directly or indirectly linked to the Program or generate fraudulent leads is strictly prohibited. Violation of this provision may result in immediate termination from the Program and potential legal consequences.
Payment: The Commission Structure is determined at the time of registration based on multiple variables, including the sales volume generated via your Links and other promotional materials provided by the Company. The Company reserves the right to adjust the Commission Structure periodically in response to business needs. Acceptable payment methods are check, PayPal, or wire transfer. Payments will be issued within 45 days after the conclusion of each calendar month when a commissionable amount is due as per these Terms, excluding any applicable taxes as required by law.
Tax Compliance: It is your responsibility as an Affiliate to ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations. The Company is not responsible for collecting, reporting, paying, or remitting to you any such taxes.

Advertising: Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords, brand interest audiences or leverage/mislead consumers in any way.
