Klatch Coffee offers a simple, straightforward set of rules to help you get the most out of our affiliate program. Please review them before you publish banners or links.
1. Don't trademark bid. We encourage you to use PPC for keywords like "coffee", "espresso", "coffee subscriptions"; but don't bid on our trademark terms: "klatch, klatch coffee, coffee klatch" etc.
2. Be transparent. Don't hide the source of your traffic or create deceptive or misleading marketing materials.
3. This program is ideal for affiliate who want to create content (blogs, vlogs, social posts, reviews, how-to) on the topic of specialty coffee. This program is not a good fit if your sole business model is the distribution of coupon codes. If you choose to promote coupon codes, you may only promote codes explicitly listed in Awin, and you must publish all the fine print - details, start and end dates, eligibility along with the code. Promoting codes that do not exist, publishing coupon codes without also publishing the details of redemption instructions and eligibility, and other deceptive tactics creates disappointed customers and increases the volume of support inquiries. "Bad actor" affiliates who send traffic from sites using these tactics may have their commission set to either 1%, the minimum allowed, and/or be removed from the program.
4. You may not use cashback or rebate schemes to generate traffic.
5. You may not use toolbars, browser plug-ins, or other add-on software to generate traffic.
6. You may not send marketing email with links that lead directly to Klatchcoffee.com to generate traffic. Using opt-in marketing email to drive traffic to your own affiliate site is fine.
