The Standing Desk

Program Terms

To maintain the integrity of The Standing Desk brand, all affiliates must follow these guidelines when promoting our products or brand. Breaches may result in commission reversal and/or removal from the program.

1. Brand Name Usage

Always spell and capitalize our brand name correctly: The Standing Desk.

Do not abbreviate, alter, or pluralize the brand name.

Do not use variations, misspellings, or phonetic equivalents of our brand name without written permission.

Brand name usage in paid search ads, meta titles, or domains requires prior approval.

2. Logos and Creative Assets

Use only approved logos, banners, and imagery provided in the Awin creative library or directly by our team.

Do not distort, recolor, or modify the logo in any way.

Logos must be used at a size and resolution that preserves clarity.

All product imagery must be clear, professional, and accurately represent our desks.

3. Product Representation

Descriptions must be accurate, factually correct, and reflect the current features and specifications of our products.

Do not make exaggerated, false, or misleading claims about our products.

When referencing product features, use official terms from our site (e.g., "pneumatic standing desk," "Klöud desk," "weight-adjustable").

4. Tone and Messaging

Maintain a professional tone that aligns with our brand voice — clear, informed, and solution-focused.

Avoid overused sales clichés (e.g., “Best desk in the universe!”) or unrelated humor that could undermine our premium positioning.

Highlight product benefits supported by factual information (e.g., speed of adjustment, durability, eco-friendliness).

5. Domain and URL Restrictions

Affiliates may not register or use any domain names that contain our brand name or variations without explicit written permission.

Display URLs must not contain our brand name unless authorized.

6. Compliance with PPC Policy

All PPC activity must comply with the PPC rules outlined in this program’s terms.

No bidding on brand name, brand variations, or misspellings without prior written approval.

7. Social Media Guidelines

Use only approved product images and videos when promoting via social channels.

Clearly identify yourself as an affiliate in compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines (e.g., “#ad” or “#affiliate”).

Do not create social media profiles that appear to be official brand accounts.ot have branding guidelines, enter 'No branding guidelines'.
