Commission
We pay higher commission out for new customer conversions vs existing customers to reflect what the business sees as a priority. Likewise subscriptions are valued more highly compared to one time purchases and commision mirrors this.
Cookie
For subscriptions the time the affiliate cookie was set must be before the customers registered on the site for us to pay commission. Essentially, if an affiliate link was kicked after registration for a Dermatica subscription has already happened then we would not pay out commission.
For OTC there is no registration required and therefore is not affected by when registration took place.
Influencers/content creators
Influencers and content creators who join our program agree to let us repost their content on our Meta and TikTok accounts.
Compliance
As part of compliance reasons it is best to describe any products using descriptions that are already available on the Dermatica website.
Publishers should avoid using prescription ingredient names e.g. ‘Tretinoin’, ‘Hydroquinone’, ‘Clindamycin’, ‘Adapalene’, 'Ivermectin', 'Metronidazole',
