Program Participation:
a. Affiliate must be 18 years of age or older.
b. Affiliate must have an active website, blog, or social media platform relevant to home decor, interior design, or lifestyle.
c. Affiliate must not engage in any unethical or illegal activities that could damage the reputation of Homerilla.
d. Homerilla reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time if the Affiliate violates any of the rules and regulations set forth in this agreement.
Commissions and Payments:
a. Homerilla will pay the Affiliate a commission of 15% of the net sale price for any product purchased through the Affiliate’s unique referral link.
b. Homerilla reserves the right to change the commission rate at any time, upon notification to the Affiliate.
Restrictions:
a. Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Homerilla’s trademarked terms or any variations thereof in any online advertising campaigns.
b. Affiliates may not use any illegal or unethical methods to promote Homerilla’s products, including spamming, false advertising, or misrepresenting Homerilla’s products.
c. Affiliates may not use Homerillas’ logos, images, or intellectual property without prior written consent from Homerillas.
Term and Termination:
a. This Agreement will begin upon Homerilla’s acceptance of the Affiliate into the Program and will continue until terminated by either party.
b. Homerilla reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time without notice if the Affiliate breaches any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Indemnification:
a. The Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold Homerilla harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Affiliate’s participation in the Program.
