Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions - August 28th, 2025
By joining the PassUSA.com and Macujo.com Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Guidelines
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes.
2. Prohibited Practices
Email Spam: Affiliates may not send unsolicited commercial emails (SPAM) promoting our products.
PPC / Paid Search: Affiliates may not run PPC campaigns on search engines or social platforms without prior written approval.
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on our brand names, domain names, or trademarked terms (including misspellings) without prior approval.
TM+ Restrictions: No “Trademark +” bidding (e.g., “PassUSA coupon,” “Macujo discount”) unless explicitly approved.
Adult / Offensive Content: Affiliates may not promote our products on websites containing adult, violent, hate, illegal, or offensive material.
Cookie Stuffing & Fraud: Any attempt to artificially inflate clicks, leads, or sales (including cookie stuffing, adware, or bots) will result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.
3. Commission & Tracking
Standard commission is 20% of net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and refunds).
Tracking is based on a 7-day cookie period.
Commissions are void on canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders.
4. Termination Rights
We reserve the right to remove or suspend affiliates from the Program at any time, with or without cause.
Violations of these Terms & Conditions may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
5. Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may only use approved banners, logos, and text links provided by us.
Affiliates must not misrepresent the brand, make false claims, or create misleading content about our products.
All promotional content must maintain the integrity and reputation of PassUSA.com and Macujo.com.
6. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Our liability is limited to the amount of commissions legitimately earned and unpaid at the time of dispute.
