VOUCHER CODE USE:
Affiliates may only promote voucher codes authorised through AWIN (which can be found on the ‘My Offers’ section on the AWIN platform). Joanie reserve the right to decline any sales that have been tracked with an unauthorised voucher code. Affiliates found promoting unauthorised codes will have the relevant transaction declined and face immediate suspension from the programme.
Affiliates must only promote a code / voucher / discount / campaign once the start date has commenced, together with the relevant expiry date as issued by Joanie, always communicating the full offer message and any relevant T&Cs.
Joanie reserve the right to withdraw a voucher code or stop any promotional activity at any time.
If an exclusive voucher code supplied to a specific affiliate is found to be used by other another affiliate, Joanie reserve the right to withhold payment of commission on any related affiliate sales.
PPC POLICY:
Joanie have a restricted PPC policy and it is forbidden to bid on any Joanie related keywords unless expressly authorised by the affiliate team.
Affiliates are required to refrain from registering or bidding on brand terms or misspellings on all search engine or like services. These terms include, but are not limited to:
"Joanie"
“Joanie Clothing”
“Joanieclothing.com”
“Joanieclothing.co.uk”
DOMAIN RESTRICTIONS:
Affiliates may not use any domain owned by Joanie for PPC linking without written permission.
Affiliates are asked not to register domains which are similar to, or misspellings of the Joanie brand. Any activity of this kind will result in commissions being declined and suspension from the program.
The use of the domain www.joanieclothing.com and variations is strictly forbidden in any ad copy, including display URL, and the use of the term “official site” in your ad copy is forbidden.
Affiliates wishing to promote Joanie through search engine marketing via a landing page should first contact the account management team to discuss this. PPC affiliates applying to the Joanie programme without discussing their promotion first may find that their application is declined.
Affiliates are asked not to conduct any form of typosquatting. Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting which directs a person to a false website when they enter a misspelling of the intended website.
CREATIVE GUIDELINES:
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative or text links available through the AWIN interface.
Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites so any updates made to creative available via the AWIN platform may update dynamically with immediate effect.
