This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Jetz-Scrubz® Affiliate Program. The terms "Affiliate," "referring website," "you," and "your" refer to you, the applicant. "Jetz-Scrubz," “J-S”, "We", and "our" refer to JetzScrubzUSA,LLC.
We are independent parties, and this agreement will not form any partnership. This application/ agreement is between JetzScrubzUSA,LLC and the undersigned applicant only. This is the only "Affiliate" agreement between the two parties and supersedes all previous agreements written and/or verbal. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey and is subject to the following terms and conditions.
AGREEMENT DURATION
This agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party.
Termination may happen at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination. Direct any termination requests to affiliates@jetzscrubzusa.com
COMMISSION FEES
The undersigned Affiliate is at all times an independent contractor and must not act or represent themselves as an employee or agent of JetzScrubzUSA,LLC.
The registered trademark symbol, ®, must be included any time the Affiliate references the Jetz-Scrubz® brand.
Jetz-Scrubz® is not liable for any product claims or statements made by the Affiliate that do not adhere to the approved product claims on the JetzScrubzUSA.com website.
The "Affiliate Code" issued to the Affiliate is at all times the property of J-S and upon termination or expiration of this agreement may be discontinued or re-assigned.
The assigned Affiliate Code and appropriate advertising supplied by J-S may be used by the Affiliate to generate sales of Jetz-Scrubz® products and earn Affiliate commissions. Any advertising or marketing that is not created and/or supplied by JetzScrubzUSA,LLC must be authorized in writing prior to use.
You will receive 10% of the revenue as a commission from orders placed through your Affiliate links to our site.
Affiliate customer cookies will be valid for 90 days, so repeat visitors that do not come directly from your site will still count towards your commissions if the cookie is not otherwise removed by the user.
For a sale to generate a commission, the customer must follow the link from your site to Jetz-Scrubz® site, purchase J-S product(s) using our online ordering system, accept delivery of the item at the shipping destination, and remit full payment to us.
It is understood that the assigned Affiliate code is J-S's only way of calculating commissions due to the Affiliate and therefore only sales using this Affiliate code or through the approved URL link(s) will be considered generated by the undersigned Affiliate.
ORDER PROCESSING
The Jetz-Scrubz® Affiliate Program will be solely responsible for processing every order placed by a customer on the Affiliate site. Customers who purchase products and services through the Jetz-Scrubz® Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of JetzScrubzUSA,LLC. Prices and availability of our products and services may vary from time to time. Jetz-Scrubz® policies will always determine the price paid by the customer. We reserve the right to reject any order that does not comply with our rules, operating procedures and policies.
DISCOUNTS & COUPONS
Affiliates may only use coupons and discounts that are authorized by and exclusively provided through the Jetz-Scrubz® Affiliate Program.
You are not allowed to advertise any other coupons, discounts, credits, or refunds on Jetz-Scrubz® products without prior written consent in each instance.
Any violations of the terms surrounding unauthorized discounts and/or coupons shall constitute a material breach of this agreement and may result in your termination from the Affiliate Program.
AFFILIATE RESTRICTIONS
By entering into this Affiliate Agreement, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to NOT do any of the following:
- Copy the look and feel of the J-S website;
- In any way represent or create the impression that the referral website is an official JetzScrubzUSA,LLC website or is a website sponsored or controlled by Jetz-Scrubz®;
- Engage in conduct that is illegal, misleading or deceptive;
- Register or use domain names or sub-domain names which contain, or which are deceptively similar to, JetzScrubzUSA,LLC trademarks;
- Include on the referral website information which (or have a direct link to sites that contain information which) might be in any way detrimental to JetzScrubzUSA,LLC's brands, image or reputation;
- Use JetzScrubzUSA,LLC trademarks and logos other than those expressly approved for the Affiliate’s use by Jetz-Scrubz®;
- Illegally copy or reproduce Jetz-Scrubz® content including photographs, logos and written details other than those expressly approved for the Affiliate’s use by Jetz-Scrubz®;
- Purchase or use any search engine keywords or metatags that include JetzScrubzUSA,LLC names or trademarks, or anything deceptively similar thereto;
- Place misleading content on blogs or opinion websites, or use blogs for the purpose of driving traffic to Affiliate’s website;
- Generate unsolicited commercial e-mails (i.e., spamming) that relate to Jetz-Scrubz® in any way or that include your Jetz-Scrubz affiliate link;
- Use any predatory advertising methods in the promotion of Jetz-Scrubz®. Predatory includes any method that creates or overlays links or banners on web sites, spawns browser windows, or any other method invented to improperly generate traffic.
MODIFICATION
By posting a Change Notice or a new agreement on this site, we may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not be limited to, changes in the scope of available referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures and Program rules. If any of the modifications are unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this Agreement. If you continue participation in the program following the posting of a Change Notice or new agreement, it will be considered as your acceptance of the change.
DISCLAIMER
We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Jetz-Scrubz® Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or down time.
By joining the Jetz-Scrubz® Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
