Joiana Jewelry Affiliate Program Terms
1. Commission Structure
Commissions are paid on approved, completed orders only.
Orders that are returned, refunded, canceled, or fraudulent are not eligible for commission.
Joiana Jewelry reserves the right to adjust commissions for order changes or returns.
2. Eligible Traffic
This program is intended for content driven partners and discovery platform.
Commissions are awarded for genuine, incremental sales driven through approved affiliate links.
Any activity intended to manipulate attribution or intercept traffic is prohibited.
3. Paid Advertising and PPC
Affiliates may not bid on Joiana Jewelry branded terms or variations.
No paid search, shopping ads, or direct response ads using Joiana Jewelry links.
This program is not intended for PPC driven traffic.
4. Content and Brand Representation
Partners must represent Joiana Jewelry accurately and in a way that aligns with the brand.
No misleading claims, pricing, or promotional messaging.
Use of brand assets should be organic and contextual.
5. Social Media and Creator Guidelines
All affiliate content must clearly disclose affiliate relationships per FTC guidelines.
Content must be original and creator led.
Whitelisting, boosting, or paid amplification requires prior written approval.
6. Coupon and Promotion Policy
Coupon codes may only be used if explicitly provided by Joiana Jewelry.
Unauthorized or self generated discounting is not permitted.
This program is not intended for coupon aggregation sites.
7. Marketplace and Resale Restrictions
Affiliates may not resell Joiana Jewelry products.
No listings or storefronts on third party marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or similar.
8. Compliance and Program Integrity
Joiana Jewelry reserves the right to review partner activity for compliance.
Non compliant activity may result in commission reversal or removal from the program.
