Welcome to the Hofdeco Affiliate Program!
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions of participation in the Hofdeco Affiliate Program ("Program") through the Awin affiliate platform. By applying to and participating in the Program, the applicant ("Affiliate") agrees to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
1. Program Application and Approval
Hofdeco reserves the sole and exclusive right to accept or reject any application to the Program at its discretion. Approval of an Affiliate is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time without cause or notice.
2. Commission Structure
Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales that occur through properly formatted and tracked affiliate links. The customer must complete the transaction and remit full payment. Commission rates may vary by Affiliate based on performance or individual agreements and are viewable within the Awin affiliate dashboard.
3. Payment Terms
All commissions are calculated and disbursed by Awin in accordance with their payment schedule and policies. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their Awin payment details are accurate and up to date. Hofdeco is not liable for delays or payment issues arising from incomplete or incorrect account information.
4. Refunds and Adjustments
If a customer requests a refund or a chargeback is issued on a transaction, any commission earned by the Affiliate on that transaction will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance. Adjustments may be reflected in subsequent payouts.
5. Brand Usage and Conduct Requirements
Affiliates may use Hofdeco-approved brand materials for promotional purposes. Modification of logos or trademarks is strictly prohibited. Affiliates shall not represent themselves as Hofdeco or imply an employment or agency relationship. Any false or misleading representations, including unauthorized advertising or implied endorsements, are grounds for termination.
6. Coupon and Deal Sites Policy
Hofdeco occasionally provides coupons to selected affiliates and newsletter subscribers. Affiliates who are not pre-approved or assigned a branded coupon are strictly prohibited from promoting any Hofdeco coupons or deals. The following terms govern the use and promotion of coupons and deals in connection with Hofdeco products:
(1) Affiliates must not use any misleading, false, or deceptive text, images, or links to imply the existence of unauthorized coupons, deals, or discounts. Any promotion must reflect only currently authorized offers assigned to the affiliate.
(2) Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on keywords including but not limited to “Hofdeco Coupons,” “Hofdeco Discounts,” or similar phrases implying the availability of coupons or deals, unless explicitly authorized in writing.
(3) Affiliates must not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other visible or invisible mechanisms that automatically set affiliate tracking cookies unless the user has clearly and explicitly expressed interest by clicking on a clearly marked link, button, or image associated with a valid coupon or deal. The link must redirect the user directly to the Hofdeco merchant site.
(4) Coupon, deal, or savings information and details must be fully visible and accessible to the user prior to any affiliate cookie being set. Generic phrases such as “Click here to see coupons” that open the merchant site without displaying deal information upfront are strictly prohibited.
(5) Affiliate sites must not display “Click for Deal/Coupon” or similar calls-to-action when no valid coupons or deals are available. Any such violation will result in immediate removal from the affiliate program.
(6) Affiliates are expressly forbidden from altering, tampering with, or misappropriating coupon codes or any associated tracking parameters intended for other affiliates or partners. Unauthorized use or theft of coupon codes will lead to termination and potential legal action.
(7) The distribution of coupons or deals outside authorized channels—including but not limited to third-party websites, social media groups, forums, or messaging platforms—is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Hofdeco.
(8) All coupon and deal promotions must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards. Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Hofdeco in all promotional materials in accordance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or local legal requirements.
(9) Hofdeco reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities in real-time and may withhold, freeze, or revoke commission payments if any violations of this policy are detected. Affiliates engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or non-compliant behavior may face immediate termination and legal consequences.
7. Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
(1) PPC bidding is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Hofdeco.
(2) Affiliates may not bid on any Hofdeco trademarks, including “Hofdeco,” “Hofdeco.com,” “www.hofdeco.com,” or any variations, misspellings, or similar terms. Only specific TM+ keyword combinations approved by Hofdeco are allowed, and only via exact match bidding.
(3) Use of advertising methods that redirect traffic away from Hofdeco sites, such as wholesale or drop shipping sites, is forbidden.
(4) Any trademark infringement, TM+ violation, or fraudulent behavior discovered will lead to forfeiture of commissions and may result in demands for compensation for damages.
(5) Pop-ups, pop-unders, click-unders, adult content, incentivized traffic, and direct linking using the “hofdeco.com” display URL are strictly forbidden. No commissions or payments will be made for traffic generated via these methods.
8. Termination
Your participation in the Hofdeco Affiliate Program may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion for any of the following reasons, including but not limited to:
(1) Inappropriate Advertising
This includes false or exaggerated claims, deceptive hyperlinking, or any other form of misleading marketing content.
(2) Spamming
Engaging in unsolicited mass emails, forum or newsgroup postings, or any similar form of communication that violates anti-spam laws or best practices.
(3) Promotion on Prohibited Sites
Advertising Hofdeco on websites that host or promote illegal content, hate speech, violence, pornography, or any content that could harm Hofdeco's brand reputation.
(4) Disclosure Violations
Failure to clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or other relevant legal entities.
Additionally, offering unauthorized incentives such as rebates or commissions to users is strictly prohibited. (Note: Adding value through bonuses or bundling with other products is acceptable with prior approval.)
(5) Fraudulent or Manipulative Activity
Including but not limited to self-referrals, fake leads or transactions, cookie stuffing, or any suspected attempt to manipulate tracking or payouts.
Hofdeco reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. However, we always aim to communicate clearly and give affiliates the chance to correct any minor violations when possible.
Violation of any of the terms listed above may result in forfeiture of commissions and removal from the program.
9. Modification
Hofdeco reserves the right to modify, update, or change any terms and conditions of this Agreement at its sole discretion. However, any such modifications will be communicated to you at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in:
- Commission rates and structures
- Payment terms and procedures
- Program policies, rules, and eligibility criteria
Any modifications will become effective after the 7-day notice period. Continued participation in the Hofdeco Affiliate Program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between Hofdeco and the Affiliate with respect to the subject matter herein, and supersedes all prior proposals, agreements, communications, or understandings—whether oral or written—relating to the Program.
