Trademark Guidelines
In these Terms and Conditions no licence has been granted to use any trade mark of Skin Rocks Limited or its affiliated companies.
1. Bidding directly or indirectly for any brand name featuring Skin Rocks Limited trade marks or any similar trade marks, misspellings or derivatives of the trade marks. This applies to all search engines and to avoid any misunderstandings we would strongly recommend you set the Skin Rocks brand terms as a negative match in your search campaigns.
2. Using Skin Rocks Limited trade marks, trade marks misspellings or similar variations in the written copy of adverts on pay per click search engines.
3. Using www.skinrocks.com as the display URL in Google, or any other paid performance website or generally misleading the consumer into believing the advertisement is from the official www.skinrocks.com web site. This includes all paid performance keywords.
For the purpose of diverting customers to web sites not owned by Skin Rocks Limited or to give priority to web sites not owned by Skin Rocks Limited over the web site www.skinrocks.com
4. Making or passing off as being owners of Skin Rocks Limited trade marks or taking any action which is likely to confuse or mislead third parties to believe that the affiliates / or website are owners of Skin Rocks Limited trade marks.
5. Registering any URLS that include any of Skin Rocks Limited trade marks, or any version that could be mistaken for an official web site of Skin Rocks Limited.
6. Using creatives of Skin Rocks Limited in pop-up or pop-under windows, or to link to any web site of Skin Rocks Limited by embedding them in a frame from the web site of the affiliate. It should also be clear to consumers that by clicking on the links of the web site owned by Skin Rocks Limited they have left the web site of the affiliate and are now on a web site owned by Skin Rocks Limited and that the URL should not be masked in any way.
In all circumstances, please observe the following to maintain the integrity and appearance of the Skin Rocks Limited logotypes.
THE LOGOTYPES:
X DO NOT use the logotype over the top of imagery unless there is an area of clear white that observes the exclusion zone(s).
X DO NOT resize elements of the logotype(s).
X DO NOT change the appearance of any logotype by distorting the whole logotype OR its individual elements.
X DO NOT retype any part of the logotype(s).
X DO NOT change the typefaces for any part of the logotype(s).
X DO NOT use the Skin Rocks Limited logotype with ANY third-party advertising promotions.
