Palais des Thés is a French tea brand founded in 1986.
Our founder, François-Xavier Delmas, travels the world in search of the finest teas. For the past 30 years he has spent much of his time visiting gardens and plantations, meeting farmers and producers. This has given him an in-depth knowledge of the tea regions, terroirs and techniques, and above all allowed him to forge close ties with the people who dedicate their lives to making the best teas.
Having cultivated a personal relationship with tea producers, Palais des Thés has been able to engage in direct sourcing. Working on the ground without middlemen has allowed us to offer rarer, fresher, more varied teas with better checks in place for safety and quality.
At its core, Palais des Thés seeks to create a virtuous cycle of prosperity through ethical business practices with artisans and producers so that tea lovers may truly savor the best of tea.
