PPC Restrictions	Publishers may not bid on any brand terms, brand + generic, misspells or any other variation of the brand including but not limited to joom, joom.com. All publishers must negative match all Joom brand terms, misspells, and variations.
Banners & Creative	Publishers must use creative supplied directly through the network. Any banners being used must be served from the network and not hardcoded into the site.
